WE LOVE VAN Inc, established in 2012, is a leading provider of highest quality, natural Canadian food products. We celebrate the city we live in and at the same time, give back to our local community. We take great pride in providing a local product from Western Canada to our local economy. This results in a much lower carbon footprint than trucking in food from other parts of the world.

The Challenge

We Love Van started out as just a water bottle company that needed to expand it’s product offering and increase the number of retailers that it distributes. Many of the stores required more SKU’s to start a new relationship and needed to generate a demand from it’s users for their new products. The old website did not reflect the current product offerings and did not support its local retailers for people to find where they can buy these products from. Social Media needed to be improve with a streamline strategy to expand the brand and become a landmark of Vancouver.

Approach

We worked with the President and CEO on strategy sessions bi weekly for few months to increase the product offering diversity, come up with strategies to obtain new distributors and retailers to sell more product. Created a new website that was simple and easy to use that showcase our new offerings and support the retailers for our customers to buy. As a result We Love Van is featured in many major retailers such as Whole Foods, IGA, Loblaws, Save on Food, Safeway and many more with an expanded product offering of not just Water but now offering Coffee, Honey and Nuts. Its recognized as one of Vancouver’s fun brand celebrating the city and the people in it with high quality products that everyone loves.
